This is far too thin to be peanut butter. The ratio of ground peanut to peanut oil is definitely not a 1:1. There is no need for the excessive amount of oil. It goes way beyond creamy to runny. Now, if you change your mindset to think of this as a peanut sauce, then it has possibilities. This is a fine product to cook in with noodles and shrimp, drizzle over grilled chicken, or as a dip for pretzels and fruit, but definitely not something that can be used as the main ingredient of a peanut butter sandwich. The chocolate coconut flavor is pretty good; a little weak on the chocolate, but still tasty. I wish I was able eat it by the spoonful though.I had really wanted to like this product as the ingredients are really good, non-GMO. I have no problem with the quality, it is really excellent. Unfortunately, for me, the taste and texture were not pleasant. I had to force myself to use half the jar until I can't bring myself to finishing it. I found the taste bland, slightly bitter and the texture almost waxlike.Because I can appreciate the care that has been taken to produce something that is infinitely better than most supermarket offerings, I feel badly to give it only 3 stars, so reader be aware that it is only for the taste that I'm demoting this product.I travel a ton for work and I'm tired of constantly eating unhealthy meals packed with unnecessary sugar. I ordered the plain peanut butter and that's exactly what this is. No hidden sugars (like some other brands I obsessively compared), easy to pack, easy to open, and really filling for a snack or meal. I put this on a banana, toast, or into a protein shaker bottle to make those protein powders more enjoyable. The price seems reasonable for the health benefits - I can grab a free banana from the hotel and add some peanut butter for ~$1.50 and that gives me a healthy option. Priceless. Sometime I do wish there was a crunchy version, but maybe that's to come (hint, hint). If you love coconut and chocolate you'll love this product. It's very flavorful and is perfect as a dip, spread, or my favorite..with bananas!! However you need to mix it a lot and make sure to mix the bottom because by the end I had to throw a lot out because the bottom was all dried up. I also paid $12.99 for this and found the same one a lot cheaper at Wegmans and other stores like it.In the photos of this item it clearly showed that the sweetener used in this product was agave. So I ordered two jars. But I just opened the package and it shows that powdered sugar and cane sugar are the ingredients! Very very disappointed with the product and the false advertisement! I want my money back!first time trying a Wild Friends product, got the Chocolate Coconut Peanut Butter. While I do appreciate that it's organic and it does taste quite lovely, it is VERY liquidy. Even when I mix it all up before spreading, the consistency is still thinner than I would like it to be.The Sesame Cranberry is definitely one of my favorite Wild Friends flavors. It's got a ton of sesame seeds throughout which create an amazing crunchy texture and I adore cranberries so I love coming across one (could always have more, but I'm not opposed to adding some extras in myself!). It's a peanut butter that is great on breads and oatmeal, but might be even better just eating with a spoon. It arrived quickly and in good condition, doesn't expire any time soon, will definitely keep this flavor around.I make my own acai bowls and usually use almond butter. I was looking for something with similar nutritional value and quality and this was exactly the product! I put 2 tbspn of this in the blending with all the other ingredients and it comes out absolutely phenomenal! No, it doesn't taste like a Reese's peanut butter cup, but it's very good. I'm looking forward to trying new recipes with this!
