My daughter love it, I liked it because my daughter who got it for her 7th birthday needed very little assistance to put it together, giving me a little free time!I was very happy with this set.The new style LEGO people freak my out a little bit as I've spent more than 30 years getting used to the normal LEGO people, but whatever. This was a gift for a young LEGO lover and she loved it.The set isn't difficult to put together and can be rearranged easily for good old fashioned imagination time. (You can put the singer behind the glass in the studio, put her outside the glass, etc....or just build a stage and make it a live concert. The sky is the limit.The bigger LEGO people are the only thing different about the LEGO Friends set. All the other pieces have the same brick design and work with all the other LEGOs you have laying around.We bought this set for our daughter's 7th birthday. She is still new to putting Legos together so her brother had to help her out a little. She really enjoys the double-sided feature and unique accessories. She also loves the colors of the Lego bricks. It is a regular sized Lego set not the mini version. My only complaint is that the couch is kind of short in regard to the width. It is hard for the little doll figure to sit up without falling over.I had no idea how small this was, or I would not have paid this price for it. It was too late too return, so I gave it as intended, for BD gift/ The girl enjoyed the set.Very cute tysmMy daughter loves Lego Friends sets. The instructions are easy for her to follow by herself even though she is just 6 years old. The pieces match other sets, so we can mix and match and customize each set. This particular set was a bit small for the price, but my daughter still loved it.For a child who loves music and Legos this is a great piece. The Lego set is definitely colored in a way to glam up the pop star studio. I do think that there could've been more added to this piece to make it a more fun setup for the rising pop star at heart :)My 10 year old granddaughter is into singing & for her birthday her parents surprised her with a trip to a real recording studio where she made her own CD of several piano instrumentals & singing her songs.
