Update: LEGO sent replacements for the broken pieces. They have excellent customer service.This is a fun interactive set that I bought for my six year old. It has a good pieces/cost ratio for a Friends set. We have many many LEGO sets and have never had a quality problem. There were six broken pieces in this set and a few more broke with gentle handling. I am used to LEGO holding up to my kids without a problem so this is disappointing.
